Plein Air Painting (Coming Soon)

I recently delved into plein air painting using various media (gouache, acrylic, watercolor, and ink), with much inspiration and encouragement from my friends in the entertainment industry. Right now, I’m learning so much every day about this art form; by painting outside on location, I’m forced to make confident, speedy decisions before the light changes too much.

Eventually, I plan to write a detailed “field guide to plein air painting” for my visitors. I’ve already written a detailed guide to inking pens and a digital painting tutorial, so I feel a plein air guide will be a nice addition to my website someday!
