Wendi Chen (陈文嘉) is a multidisciplinary problem solver who creates art for games, children's media, publishing, and advertising. Born in Beijing and raised in Metro Detroit, she eventually settled in Seattle to work as a game artist. She currently sells her art at the world-famous Pike Place Market while moonlighting as a cover artist and freelance illustrator. She recently released her first hardcover art book through a Kickstarter campaign.

In her spare time, Wendi enjoys illustration, photography, piano, writing, dancing, and being by the ocean.
