Shipping & Returns FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days, but may take longer during busy periods. All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped by Wendi. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping time is about 4-8 business days with USPS. International packages to Canada are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited and typically arrive in about a week.

What is your return policy?

Due to the costs and labor required to fulfill online orders, I do not accept returns.

My package arrived damaged.

I do my best to protect your items before shipping, but some things are beyond my control! If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it, and I will do everything I can to make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, I only ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. I hope to expand my reach to more countries eventually!

In-Person Market Policy 

All sales are final. Exchanges are offered at my discretion, provided the product is in excellent condition.
